📣 A dedicated thank you to our founding partners, patrons and sponsors 📣On the final eve of the Sidley Hub as a construction site, Heart of Sidley and The De La Warr Pavilion co-hosted a project-focused milestone evening as a specific opportunity to express our gratitude to the foundational partners who have enabled us to reach this point.The Sidley Hub has been brought to life through Heart of Sidley’s partnership with The De La Warr Pavilion and Rother District Council to create a vibrant, safe, and inclusive anchor space in an area that has historically faced high levels of deprivation. This gathering was a dedicated opportunity to show our deep gratitude to the UK Government Levelling Up Fund/MHCLG, Rother District Council, and the specific patrons, donors, and social value sponsors whose core backing got this building off the ground - as well as BMR Construction Limited, who literally built our vision into reality!Specifically for Heart Of Sidley, our deep thanks go to Local Trust and our Locally Trusted Organisations, Southern Housing and Rother Voluntary Action, who have supported us through this journey, initially with our ten-year Local Trust Big Local programme, and now as we have transitioned into an independent charity. Bringing everyone together under one roof was a wonderful way to mark the end of this collective effort and thank the team who made this build possible.Looking ahead, the true life of the Hub will come from our wider networks and the whole community.
